STRATEGY
Student Advisory Board Member: Are you a high school student passionate about making a difference? Join our Student Advisory Board to lend your voice, gain nonprofit experience, and help shape our programs!
Board Service: Interested in governance and strategy, or do you have experience serving on a board? Your expertise could help drive ThinkGive’s mission forward. Consider applying to join our Board of Directors.
Intern Program: Help mentor emerging leaders and grow our college internship program by recruiting diverse candidates and assisting with interviews, onboarding, and management.
EVENTS
Team ThinkGive: Rodman Ride for Kids 2025: Participate in our annual Rodman Ride for Kids event by cycling 25 or 50 miles, or choose an activity of your choice! Rally your friends and family to support your fundraising efforts for ThinkGive.
Event Committee Member: Get involved in planning and organizing our exciting fundraising events, such as the ThinkGive Grows celebration in April 2025.
Host a “Friend-Raiser”: Help spread the word about ThinkGive by hosting an informal gathering of friends, colleagues, or family to introduce them to our mission, with support and resources from our team.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee: Work alongside our team to ensure DEIB principles guide every aspect of our work. Your input will be crucial in creating a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
Curriculum Committee: Collaborate on refining our lesson plans and evaluation tools, ensuring our curriculum remains engaging, impactful, and aligned with our mission.
Development Committee: Join the charge to strengthen ThinkGive’s fundraising efforts. Advise on strategy and participate in campaigns that fuel our growth and impact.
MARKETING
Social Media Marketing: Do you love social media? Help us expand our reach by creating and managing engaging social content that tells ThinkGive’s story.
Website Content: Share your writing talents by developing compelling content for the ThinkGive website, including blog posts, partner stories, and more.
Graphic/Infographic Design: Use your design skills to craft visually engaging graphics and infographics that powerfully communicate our impact.
Digital Storytelling: Capture the heart of ThinkGive through video! Interview staff, volunteers, educators, and students to create dynamic marketing videos highlighting our work.
Photography: Help us visually showcase our work by photographing ThinkGive students, educators, and events.
DEVELOPMENT
Grant Writing: Use your research and writing skills to help us secure crucial funding. Assist in drafting grant applications and proposals to expand our programs.
Corporate Sponsors: Help us identify and connect with new corporate sponsors who align with our mission to support under-resourced youth.
OUTREACH
Help Us Reach More Educators! Do you know teachers, afterschool directors, weekend program leaders, or camp directors who could benefit from ThinkGive’s programs? Introduce them to us and help extend our mission to empower more students!
Expand Our Network: Introduce us to people in your circle—whether friends, colleagues, or employers—who might want to support ThinkGive through donations, sponsorships, volunteering, or becoming advisors or board members.
